2009 Past events

The Bocconi Events organization team is proud to have organized many interesting events in the past year. Please find hereunder a sample of successful events with pictures and a short description.

On September 22nd we had our first Bocconi Pizza night at the Pizzeria Positano Pizzeria Positano. It was a great success. Over 20 attendees enjoyed Zurich’s best Pizza – as far as I am concerned – prepared by Luigi, a former world champion in Pizza making and a real “Napoletano”. A pizza night will for sure be organized also in the following years, always welcome because of its tradition in Italy

On October 25th the Bocconi Alumni had their first Brunch experience. The Cheasalp, a fantastic place admits nature, close to Zurich hosted over 10 Bocconiani, some with their children. A Brunch will be also included in the 2010 spring events schedules for those who missed the one in October.

On November 19th a new type of event was introduced for the first time in the Bocconi Alumni Schedule; Bocconi & Members. During a fantastic dinner at the Lebanese restaurant with a menu called 1001 night, the Bocconi Alumni could listen to Stefano Malvolti, the former Alumni President in the Swiss German part talking about his experience in Non Profit Organisations. A very interesting insight and learning experience combined with fantastic food was the outcome.

On December 11th the Bocconi Alumni had their third consecutive Xmas dinner at the St Gotthard in Zurich. I am very proud to be able to host this event at the St Gotthard, being myself a member of the Bocconi Club. I am looking forward to the fourth year in 2010 and hope to see again over 25 people as we have always been.
